Indexability + Canonicals + Sitemaps
Most “SEO problems” are actually routing problems: duplicates, wrong canonicals, missing pages in sitemaps, or pages being linked that should never be indexed.
What to keep clean
- Every indexable page has a canonical that resolves 200.
- Sitemaps contain only URLs you actually want indexed.
- Redirect old URLs with intent-preserving 301s.
- Robots rules match your sitemap strategy (no contradictions).
