Escalation-first sequence
- 0–60s: confirmation + 1 question to identify urgency
- 2–5m: if no reply, offer 2 time slots or a “call now” option
- 10–20m: route to human (call task + summary) if high-intent signals exist
- 24h: final nudge with a single CTA (not a multi-message spam chain)
Signals that trigger human takeover
- Budget, timeline, or “ready to start” language
- Commercial intent (“we need leads now”, “ad spend is high”)
- Multi-location, regulated industry, or complex scope
- Frustration or negative sentiment (don’t automate the close)
