AI Lead Qualification + Routing

High-end jobs don’t close because you “got leads.” They close because the right leads got fast follow-up, correct routing, and a sales-ready summary. This playbook lays out the minimum viable system.

The flow

  1. Capture: form/call/chat creates a lead record immediately.
  2. Enrich: attach landing page, UTM params, and service intent signals.
  3. Qualify: ask 3–6 questions to determine job size, urgency, and fit.
  4. Route: assign to the correct pipeline/person based on rules.
  5. Summarize: produce a human-readable brief for quick calls.
  6. Escalate: if unanswered, trigger human handoff and reminders.

Guardrails that matter

  • Never overwrite source attribution; store AI notes separately.
  • Always require a human-confirmed contact method before scheduling.
  • Keep “no hallucination” policy: only summarize what the user provided.
  • Log every message + decision for compliance and debugging.
