To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Structure1 Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Structure1 Digital makes no warranty that:
