Trend calculations
Trends are derived from historical snapshots. Changes are measured between the earliest and latest available snapshots for each business.
Date filters and bucket selections (daily, weekly, monthly) adjust how trends are visualized but do not change the underlying dataset.
Leaderboards
- Top Improvers: businesses with the largest positive change in performance score between their earliest and latest snapshots.
- Biggest Decliners: businesses with the largest negative change in performance score between their earliest and latest snapshots.
- Review Growth Leaders: businesses gaining the most new reviews across available history.
Benchmarks
Current benchmarks (average score, median score, top 10% score threshold, average reviews, median reviews) use the latest available snapshot for each business.
Change benchmarks (average review growth, median review growth, average score change, median score change) use the difference between the earliest and latest snapshots per business.
