What information should I have ready before reaching out?

Your current website URL (if one exists), a rough sense of your monthly ad budget, and a description of what the site needs to do — generate calls, form submissions, bookings, or sales. You don't need a design brief or RFP. A 15-minute conversation is usually enough to scope the project and give you a realistic quote.

Do you do in-person meetings for NE Florida clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for clients in Jacksonville, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, and surrounding areas. Most clients prefer video calls for the initial consultation since it's faster to schedule and we can share screens to review your current site performance in real time.

What does the free audit actually include?

Accepted Answer

We run your site through Google PageSpeed Insights and Google's Core Web Vitals lab, identify your LCP, INP, and CLS scores, estimate the CPC inflation and bounce rate impact based on our NE Florida study benchmarks, and tell you specifically what's causing the failures. You get the data in plain language. No obligation to hire us — though most people do once they see the numbers.

Is there a minimum project size?

Yes — $1,500 for a single landing page. We don't do template installs, cheap theme setups, or rushed work without proper discovery. Below that threshold, the work can't be done well. If budget is a constraint, tell us — we'd rather give you a realistic path forward than waste both our time.

Can I hire you just to fix my WordPress site's speed issues?

Accepted Answer

We'll assess it honestly. In many cases, a WordPress site with 20+ plugins has a performance ceiling that optimization can't clear — the plugin stack creates compounding overhead that individual fixes don't solve. If a performance-only engagement is the right call, we'll tell you. If a rebuild would give you better ROI, we'll tell you that too — with the data to back it up.

What if I only need help with Google Ads, not the website?

We don't run ads as a standalone service — in our experience, managing ads for a slow site is pouring money into a leaking bucket. We address the site first, then ads make sense. If your site already passes Core Web Vitals, let us know and we can discuss what a focused ad strategy engagement would look like.

Do you work with clients outside of Florida?

Yes. About 30% of our work is with clients outside NE Florida. The process is fully remote — discovery, design reviews, and delivery all happen via video call and shared docs. We specialize in NE Florida because of the depth of local market data we have, but the same approach applies anywhere.
